A Soulful Heart is honored to have Ms. Elizabeth "Liz" Reed as its Executive Director. Ms. Reed served as the Chief Operating Officer (now retired) of a two million dollar behavioral health non-profit organization. In her operations capacity, she pioneered and enacted innovative behavioral health models, and developed a case management system for a State Drug Court. Ms. Reed was also responsible for writing policies and procedures for the state court. Prior to her twenty years at the non-profit, Ms. Reed spent thirty years in Human Resources and Administration in the private sector.
Ms. Reed has a proven professional track record of innovative approaches to non-profit management, corporate administration, and has demonstrated decades of managerial and administrative excellence. A Soulful Heart is extraordinarily fortunate to have such a stellar woman at the helm of its organization.

Dennis Smith brings over a decade of legislative experience and a political background to A Soulful Heart. His extensive acumen includes work in the U.S. Congress on behalf of several trade associations. He has utilized his Washington, D.C. experience across the spectrum of client services in crafting communications with elected and agency officials, drafting proposed legislation, monitoring key legislative and policy issues, as well as in-depth analysis to help clients advance their federal agenda. He has worked closely with clients to position them as thought leaders on issues such as health care, nuclear energy, telecommunications, and education.
Dennis also has extensive experience in developing grassroots initiatives and building coalitions for legislative and other political causes. He has consistently demonstrated the political acumen to recognize opportunities for compromise and facilitating consensus.
Tenishia Toussiant is George Floyd's cousin. An accomplished singer, she uses her incredible vocal talent to support social justice outreach. Her passionate heart and strong work ethic combine to touch the souls of communities, encouraging participation and engagement.
Andre Graham is an accomplished community organizer and musician. With a lifelong career dedicated to service, he has committed his considerable talents in vocal presentation, instrumental acumen, composition, and production to further understanding among disparate groups of people.
